Leg Extension

  • Sit on machine with back flush against back pad and legs under padded lever. Adjust lever so that the pads rest in the curve between the foot and tibialis anterior.
  • Lift lever upwards by extending knees until legs are straight.
  • Return lever to original position by slowly bending knees.
