Military Press (Overhead Press)

  • Grasp barbell from rack or clean barbell from floor using an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder width. Position bar in front of neck.
  • Proceed to press bar upward until arms are fully extended and elbows locked overhead. Lower to front of neck and repeat.

Tips and Tricks

Feet may be positioned shoulder width apart or one foot in front of the other with forward leg slightly bent.
