Our Daily Workouts service sends customized time-based workouts to your inbox every day. Follow the link in the e-mail to perform your personalized workout with our Virtual Trainer Technology. Every workout includes a warm up (we strongly recommend warming up!) to get your muscles ready for the main workout.

These workouts are designed to be quick and efficient. People are busy, but your health is still important. A minimum of 10 minutes every day can go a long way to keeping the pounds off. Sign Up Today

  

Custom-tailored to your goals

After registering, you'll be presented with a prompt to choose between the following body areas that you want to include in your workouts:

  • Full body
  • Upper body
  • Lower body
  • Core

Additionally, you can choose the duration for your workouts to be anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes.

Virtual Trainer Technology

Our Virtual Trainer Technology guides you through your Daily Workout using voice cues, so all you have to do is focus on your workout and not worry about what exercise comes next or how much time is left.
