Helping managers lead
with clarity, confidence and consistency

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

A practical programme that
helps managers lead with clarity, confidence and consistency.

The Strengthify Management Development Programme supports managers to strengthen how they lead in everyday work. It builds practical, strengths-based habits that translate directly into:

  • clearer, more effective one-on-ones
  • more confident feedback
  • better performance conversations
  • stronger team collaboration
  • more thoughtful leadership through change

Talk to us about your situation, and we’ll explore how this could work in practice across your teams.

WHY THIS MATTERS NOW

Most managers have completed training before but what they need is structured space to:

  • reflect on their impact
  • practise real conversations
  • understand blind spots
  • build confidence
  • translate insight into habit

The Management Development Programme creates that space and connects learning directly to everyday leadership practice.

In-person (2 days)

An immersive two-day experience focused on:

  • strengths and working styles
  • feedback and performance conversations
  • meaningful one-on-ones
  • active listening
  • strengths-based performance management
  • team effectiveness tools

Virtual (8-week format)

Designed for deeper reflection and application in role. Includes:

  • four 3-hour live sessions
  • integrated practical assignments
  • cohort learning and discussion
  • strengths insight
  • direct integration with Engage

Spreading the learning over time allows managers to apply insight between sessions and return with real experiences to explore. Cohorts are capped at 14 to protect interaction and quality.

INTEGRATED WITH ENGAGE

The Management
Development Programme is not isolated learning.

Engage supports managers to:

  • prepare for conversations
  • apply strengths in real time
  • reflect between sessions
  • reinforce habits beyond the programme

This connection is what allows development to translate into consistent leadership practice across teams.
